🎥Caroline Moore Online (Zoom) Masterclass - Developing Podium Mentality Out of Season🥇
This is the perfect pick-me-up if you are stuck at home and needing some motivation to kickstart your winter training.
Grab a glass of wine, get comfy on the sofa and get ready for a kick up the bum from the world class coach, Caroline Moore🍷🛋
Following our several successful zoom masterclass' in the first lockdown, we are delighted to bring you this series, Developing a Podium Mentality, to provide riders with some focused learning, full of Caroline's winning mentality and to ensure you utilise this lockdown period to your advantage.
Having a podium mentality is all about you upping your game and putting 100% effort into your horses training, which is not always easy in the winter. Setting some personal performance goals is very important, alongside understanding what is good quality and what are your main aims.
Sessions will run on Saturday 28th November, Friday 4th December and Saturday 12th December at 6:30PM (UK). Each session will be approx 1.5hrs and recordings will be sent out to all ticketholders to watch at your leisure or refer back to. We also had several viewers join us last time from around the globe, so this is not restriced to UK riders only.
We feel at £36 for all 3 evenings this series is packed full of value.
Each evening will be discipline specific with the following objectives:
Saturday 28th - Dressage - Breaking into the 75% bracket in the dressage arena
Friday 4th - Showjumping - Developing a personal Showjumping system
Saturday 12th - XC - Training your XC eye and position over winter
